You can deactivate groups that your nursery no longer uses. Deactivated groups will still remain in the system and you can activate them if and when required.
1. Navigate to Groups > Group List on the Navigation Menu.
The Group List page is displayed.
2. Click the icon in the row of the group that you want to activate/deactivate.
The Group Details page is displayed.
3. Click ACTIVATE/DEACTIVATE at the top-right.
4. Click YES in the confirmation dialog.
The group is activated/deactivated.
