You can create requests for payment and remind parents of overdue payments or upcoming payments.
1. Navigate to Payment Request > Payment Request List on the Navigation Menu.
The Payment Request List page is displayed.
2. Click the REQUEST PAYMENT button.
The Request Payment page is displayed.
Note: All fields marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory/required fields.
3. Enter a name for the request in the Title field.
4. Enter a brief description of the request in the Description field.
5. Select the payment due date for which you want to send the request from the Due Date dropdown calendar.
6. If you want to accept previous payments that are due, then check the box for Accept past due payments field.
7. Enter the amount in Kuwaiti Dinar, for which you want to send the request in the Amount(KWD) field.
8. Enter the percentage of tax that is applicable to the amount due for which you want to send the request in the Tax Percentage field.
The fields - Calculated Discount (KWD), Gross (KWD), Calculated Tax (KWD), and Net Amount (KWD) are displayed, and the values for these fields are auto-populated.
9. Select the recipient option to which you want to send the request in the Add recipients field. The available options are Student and Group. You can select only one option in this field.
Depending on the recipient you select, the Add Student/Add Group section is displayed.
10. Click +Add Students/+Add Groups.
The Select Students/Select Groups dialog is displayed. For the purpose of explanation, steps to add students are explained here. You can follow the same procedure to add groups as well.
11. Check the box(es) for the student(s) that you want to send the request to and click SELECT. You can also search for records using student names, parent names or group names.
The selected students are added and displayed in the Add Student section. To remove a student, click the delete icon in the row of the student.
12. You can attach documents related to the students’/groups’ payment within the request. To attach a document, click + Add Attachment, enter the Attachment Name, click BROWSE and then browse and select the file from your system. To remove an uploaded document, click the - Remove in the row of the document.
13. Click ADD.
The payment request is created.
