The Dashboard is the landing page for a Nursery Manager/Owner account. It provides an overview of the entire nursery with details including the total number of students, parents, and employees, trends for daily attendance, average time spent by each student, fee collection, payment requests sent, total revenue earned and activities, for the selected time range. It displays a summary of the injury reports filed by Teachers for the selected time range. Finally, it also allows access to the calendar to view the events and announcements of the nursery.
A sample Dashboard is shown in the screenshot below:
1. To change the time period, select the time period from the dropdown calendars.
2. You can also set the frequency to Daily, Weekly, and Monthly. Select the required option from the dropdown list.
Note: The time period applies to all the reports in the Dashboard and you cannot change the time period for only one report.
3. To show/hide reports on the Dashboard, click the icon.
A dropdown list is displayed. By default, all the reports will be displayed on the Dashboard.
4. Toggle the switch for the report that you want to hide/show.
