How to Deactivate a Role?

You can deactivate a role when it is no longer needed but still have the role in the system. To deactivate a role, follow the steps below.

 

1.   Navigate Roles and Permissions.

 

 

A sub menu is displayed.

 

 

2.   Click the Role List.

 

The Role List page is displayed.

 

 

3.   Click  icon

 

The View Role page is displayed.

 

4.   Click DEACTIVATE.

 

The Deactivate dialog is displayed.

 

 

5.   Click YES.

 

The message about the successful deactivation of the institution role is displayed.
