How to Navigate to the Finance Module
This topic guides administrators through the steps to access the Finance Module, where the management of products and services is conducted. Steps:
- 1. Accessing Finance Option:
From the left menu bar, click on the "Finance" option. - 2. Opening Products & Services:
Under "Finance," click on the "Products & Services" sub-option to view the list of all products and services.
How to Add New Products/Services

1. Initiating Add New:
Click on the "Add New" option to open the dedicated screen for inputting details.
2. Filling Out Details:
Complete the input fields and click 'Save' to add the new product/service.

How to View and Edit Product/Service Details

1. Navigate to the Product/Servie
Find the product or service you want to edit.
2. View Actions
From the actions column click on the three dots to view the actions and click on "Edit".
3. Edit Details
Make changes to the product/service details.
4. Update Changes
Click on the "Update" button to apply the changes.
How to Change the Status of a Products/Services
Changing the status of a product or service is a straightforward process that allows administrators to manage the availability of items for invoicing.
1. Navigate to the Product/Servie
Find the product or service you want to update its status.
2. View Actions
From the actions column click on the three dots to view the actions and click on "Edit".
3. Change Status
From the status drop down you can select the status you want this product or service to have.
4. Update Changes
Click on the "Update" button to apply the changes.
How to Delete Products/Services
