Invoice Reminders Configurations

The Invoice Reminders feature allows nurseries to send automatic payment reminders to parents, making the billing process smoother. By creating, editing, or disabling reminders, admins can ensure that parents receive timely notifications about pending invoices.

How to Navigate to Invoice Reminder

Learn how to find the settings for configuring invoice reminders.


1. Navigate to configurations:

Click on "Configurations" in the left menu.



2. Access the Invoice Reminders Page:

Select "Invoice Reminders" from the configuration options.



How to Create a New Invoice Reminder

Discover how to create and set up a new invoice reminder for parents.


1. Add Reminder:

Click on the "Add Reminder" button.


2. Reminder Name:

In the modal, enter a reminder name.



3. Reminder Schedule:

Configure the reminder schedule by specifying days before or after the due date.


NOTE: If you want to add a reminder on the due date. You could set the days equal to 0.


4. Reminder Type:

Choose the reminder type: email and/or push notification.



5. Custom Email Text:

Optionally, add custom email text for notification.



6. Create Reminder:

Click "Add" to create the reminder.



How to Edit an Invoice Reminder

Learn how to edit and make changes to an existing invoice reminder.


1. Navigate To The reminder:

Locate the reminder you want to edit in the reminders table.

2. Edit Reminder:

Click the edit icon next to the reminder.



3. Modify Reminder:

Adjust the reminder settings.



4. Save Changes:

Click "Save" to save changes.



How to Pause or Disable an Existing Reminder

Learn how to temporarily pause or disable a specific invoice reminder.


1. Navigate To The reminder:

Locate the reminder you want to Pause or Disable in the reminders table.


2. Activate or De-Activate Reminder:

In the reminders table, toggle the reminder's status from the "Active" column to pause or resume it.



3. Save Changes:

After disabling or pausing a reminder, don't forget to "Save" changes.



How to Delete a Reminder

Find out how to delete an existing invoice reminder that is no longer needed.


1. Navigate To The reminder:

Find the reminder to delete in the reminders table.



2. Delete Reminder:

Click the delete icon.



3. Confirm Action:

Confirm the deletion by clicking "Yes" in the pop-up.
