How to Add a Lesson
To create a lesson plan a lesson should be first created. To create a lesson follow the below steps.
1. Navigate to Lesson
From the learning option on the left menu, click on "Lessons"
2. Add Lesson
Click on "Add Lesson"
3. Fill out the Lesson Form
Enter the lesson details of the lesson.
4. Save Lesson
Click on "Save" to create the lesson.
How to Navigate to the Lesson Plans
1. Learning Module
Click on the Learning option from the left many.
2. Select Lesson Plans
Click on Lessons Plan to access the Lesson Plans list.
How to Add a New Lesson Plan
1. Initiate Lesson Creation
- On the lessons list screen, look for the "Add Lesson" option.
2. Enter Lesson Details:
- Fill out the Lesson plan form.
3. Save the Lesson:
- Once all necessary information is entered, save the lesson.
How To Use The Search and Filter Options
Utilize the search and filter options to refine the displayed lessons.
1. Search by:
Lesson Title
Lesson ID
Created By
Status
How To Edit Lesson Plan
Staff can modify existing lessons, including adding or removing milestones and changing the lesson's status.
1. Find the lesson plan you want to edit.
2. Edit Lesson Plan
Click on edit from the actions menu.
3. Edit Details
Remove or add milestones from the same or different frameworks, or even edit details.
4. Save Details
Confirm changes and save.
How to Assign Lesson Plans to Groups
Admins can assign lesson plans to groups and weeks to create group lesson plans.
1. Navigate to the lesson plan
Find the lesson plan you want to add groups to.
2. Choose Copy to Group
Click on copy to group options.
3. Assign Group
Select the groups you want to add to the lesson plan and click "Next"
4. Choose the week of the lesson
For each group select the week this lesson should be taught.
