Creating Payment Request

You can create payment requests and share the link to the payment requests with the concerned individuals.


1. Navigate to Finance > Payment Request on the Navigation Menu.


The Payment Request List page is displayed.




2. Click CREATE REQUEST.


The Create Request page is displayed.





3. Enter/ select the values for the required fields.  Refer to the table below for field descriptions and example values.


Note: All fields marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory/required fields.

Title

The name of the request.

Ahmad - English

Amount

The amount for which the payment request is made.

External Invoice Number

The invoice number of the payment made externally.


Due date

The payment due date for which you want to send the request.

Description

A brief description of the request.

This is a payment request for Ahmad.

Attachment

The option to upload any document or receipts associated with the payment request.


Recipient

The receivers of the payment request such as students, groups, or external sources.  For more information, refer to Adding Recipients.



4. Click CREATE REQUEST.


The Payment link created dialog is displayed.




You can now copy the link to share it for payment or click on the link to make the payment.


5.  Click DONE.


The payment is requested.
