Managing Payment Request

You can perform a range of actions on payment requests including viewing the details of payment requests, recording the payment, and sharing the link to the payment request.


1. Navigate to Finance > Payment Request on the Navigation Menu.


The Payment Request List page is displayed.



2.  Scroll to the right and click the  icon to access the Options dropdown list.

3.  Click View in the Options dropdown list in the row of the payment request to view the details.


The Payment Request Details page is displayed.



Here, you can record the payment if required or follow step 4 below.


 4.   Click Record Payment in the Options dropdown list in the row of the payment request to record payment.  For more information, refer to Recording Payments.


Note:  You can record payments for payment requests that have the status of Void or Uncollectable.


5.  Click Share in the Options dropdown to share the payment link of the payment request.


The Share Payment Link dialog is displayed.



You can now copy the link and share it with others or send the link via email by entering the email address in the Via Email section and clicking Send.
