Configuring Payment Request

You can set up the Payment Request configurations as needed by following the steps below.


1.  Navigate to Configurations >  Finance Configurations Invoice & Payment Request on the Navigation Menu.


The Invoice & Payment Request page is displayed.  Scroll down to the Payment Requests Configuration section.



2.  Activate the Enable Payment Request button to allow access to the payment requests page.

3.  Enable the Allow to send Payment Request button to create a new payment request.

4.  Enable the Make External Invoice Number as mandatory for payment requests to automatically mandate the external invoice number for all payment requests.

5.  Click SAVE.


The payment request configurations are set.
