Adding Payment Method

You can add payment methods to efficiently manage all payments made via offline by following the steps below.


1.  Navigate to Configurations > Finance Configuration > Payment Configurations on the Navigation Menu.  


The Payment Configurations page is displayed.



2.  Click ADD PAYMENT METHOD.


The Add Payment Method dialog is displayed.



3.  Enter/ select the required values in the fields.  Refer to the following table for field descriptions and example values.


Note:  All fields marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory/required fields.

Offline Payment Method Name in English

The name of the payment method in English.


The predefined values to display Offline Payment Methods for each nursery are 

  • Knet

  • Cash

  • Visa/Mastercard

  • Cheque

  • Bank Transfer

Offline Payment Method Name in Arabic

The name of the payment method in Arabic.

Fixed Commission

The predetermined amount that is fixed on the payment in this method.

Variable Commission (in Percentage)

The percentage of the variable amount applicable on payment in this method.

4.  Click ADD.


The payment method is added.
