You can add students, groups, or an external source to an invoice when creating an invoice by following the steps below.
1. Navigate to the Recipients section on the Add Invoice page. For more information, refer to Adding an Invoice.
2. Click ADD STUDENT to designate students as the invoice recipients.
The Tag students dialog is displayed.
3. Check the box against the students or prospective students to be tagged on the invoice.
Note: Here, you can use the Search field to search for a specific student from the current Students list or Prospective Students list. In the example, we have selected students from the Students list.
4. Click CONTINUE.
The students are added to the invoice.
5. Click ADD GROUP to tag members of groups as invoice recipients.
The Tag groups dialog is displayed.
6. Check the box against the groups to be tagged on the invoice.
7. Click CONTINUE.
All the members of the group are added as recipients of the invoice.
8. Click ADD EXTERNAL to add an external individual as the invoice recipient.
The Add External Party dialog is displayed.
9. Enter/ select the required values in the fields. Refer to the following table for field descriptions and example values.
Note: All fields marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory/required fields.
10. Click ADD.
The external recipient details are added.
