You can perform actions such as viewing product or service data in detail, editing, and deleting the product or service details using the following steps.
1. Navigate to Finance > Products & Services on the Navigation Menu.
The Products & Services page is displayed.
Here, you can view the list of all products and services with their details such as SKU, product/ service, category, sales price, and status, and perform actions such as viewing the product/ service data in detail, editing, or deleting the data as required.
2. To view product/ service data in detail, click View in the dropdown list in its row under the Actions column.
The Product or Service dialog is displayed.
You can view the product or service details here or edit the details by clicking Edit, else you can follow step 3 to edit the details.
3. To edit a product or service, click Edit in the dropdown list in its row under the Actions column.
The Add Product Or Service dialog is displayed.
4. Make the necessary changes to the fields and click UPDATE. For more information on the fields, refer to Adding a Product or Service.
You can delete the product or service detail from here if it is no longer needed, else follow step 5 to delete the product or service.
5. To delete a product or service, click Delete in the dropdown list in its row under the Actions column.
The Delete Product/Service dialog is displayed.
6. Click YES.
The product or service is deleted.
